We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will foster a positive work environment, develop HR policies, and ensure compliance with employment legislation.

What we need from you:
- Advise and support the CEO and leadership team on HR and workforce issues for strategic planning and workforce culture
- Ensure all employees’ Position Descriptions are clear, competency-based, documented, and understood
- Collaborate with leadership and line managers to identify and address organisational development needs
- Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees, including advertising, screening, and reference checks
- Oversee orientation and induction programs for new hires
- Manage screening requirements for new employees and advise on employee relations matters
- Support HR administration tasks such as payroll, leave entitlements, and maintenance of HR records
- Develop and deliver HR training programs, including Employment Hero, and ensure a safe and tidy office environment
- Ability to occasionally travel to regional branches (bi-monthly/as needed for only a couple of days at a time)
What you’ll bring:
- 2-5 years as a HR Business Partner and/or HR Manager
- Ability to create strong, long-lasting relationships with all stakeholders
- Ability to interpret and advise on relevant legislation
- Experience in change management focusing in cultural change and organisational development
