About the Role:
As a Health and Safety professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring workplace safety, compliance, and the well-being of employees. You will work closely with teams to develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies, driving a culture of safety excellence. Reporting to senior management or site leadership, you will be instrumental in achieving operational compliance and fostering a safe working environment.

What We Need From You:

  • Relevant qualifications in Work Health and Safety (e.g., Cert IV, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree).
  • Proven experience in a similar role within high-risk industries such as construction, mining, manufacturing, or oil and gas.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, regulations, and standards.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to develop and deliver safety training programs.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
