Level 3 IT Support

About the Role:
As a Level 3 IT Support Specialist, you will be the escalation point for complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and support for network systems, hardware, and software. You will work closely with IT teams to ensure the stability, security, and performance of our network infrastructure. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will also contribute to the implementation of new technologies, network upgrades, and IT projects.

What We Need From You:

  • Proven experience in a Level 3 IT Support role or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
  • Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, PRTG, SolarWinds).
  • Proficiency in managing and configuring firewalls, switches, and routers (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are highly regarded.
