About the Role:
We are recruiting Intermediate, Senior, and Manager-level Tax Accountants for multiple positions in Perth. These roles involve preparing tax returns, providing strategic tax advice, and ensuring compliance for a broad range of clients. Reporting to the Tax Director, the successful candidates will contribute to the firm’s growth while benefiting from structured career progression.
What we need from you:
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports for individuals, businesses, and trusts
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients
- Liaise with the ATO and other regulatory bodies
- Conduct tax research and stay updated with legislative changes
- Supervise and mentor junior staff (for senior/manager roles)
- Assist with business advisory services and financial strategies (manager level)
What you’ll bring:
- CPA qualification or currently completing CPA
- 3+ years (Intermediate), 5+ years (Senior), or 7+ years (Manager) of public practice experience
- Strong understanding of Australian tax legislation and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero or MYOB
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines
