About the Role:

This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients across Health and Property, providing strategic banking and credit solutions while maintaining strong relationship outcomes.

Reporting to the Senior Leadership team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders such as credit specialists, lending operations, product partners, and relationship teams to ensure high-quality lending outcomes, strong portfolio performance, and compliant decision-making.

The overall outcome of the role is to deliver profitable, compliant, and long-term customer relationships while ensuring each credit submission is thoroughly assessed and aligned with business and risk standards.

What we need from you:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of Health & Property clients
  • Build strong relationships and provide proactive customer support
  • Identify lending opportunities and deliver tailored financial solutions
  • Prepare and manage credit submissions and lending applications
  • Ensure strong compliance, risk controls, and responsible lending outcomes
  • Work closely with internal credit, lending, and product teams
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and pipeline management

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in relationship management within banking or finance
  • Strong understanding of credit, lending, and risk processes
  • Experience working with clients in Health, Medical, Property or SME sectors
  • Ability to structure deals and manage end-to-end lending requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and confidence managing complex transactions
  • Commercial mindset with strong portfolio growth capability
