About the Role:
As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients with their financial management and compliance needs. Reporting directly to one of our Tax & Accounting Directors, you will:

  • Perform bookkeeping functions efficiently using online software.
  • Prepare creditor payments and reconcile accounts to Trial Balance.
  • Prepare BAS-related compliance reports for lodgement with the ATO.
  • Manage team payroll and payroll tax reporting.
  • Prepare management reports to support client decision-making.

This is a busy and rewarding role within a progressive Bookkeeping and CFO Advisory team, offering excellent career and development opportunities. You’ll work with a broad range of clients and be mentored by highly experienced Directors, ensuring your professional growth and success.

What we need from you:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper within Public Practice in Australia.
  • A Certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping) or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of MYOB and Xero, including data entry and payroll functions.
  • Experience with third-party applications integrated with cloud accounting software.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage a high workload effectively.
  • A passion for leveraging software to drive efficiencies
  • Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
