About the Role:

As the Business Development Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while nurturing strategic relationships. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and contributing to the overall commercial strategy of the business.

What we need from you:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM reporting

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in business development or B2B sales
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with key decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a strategic approach
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
