Description of Client:

Our client is a well-established, family-owned commercial plumbing contractor operating in Perth since 1989. They deliver technically interesting projects across healthcare, education, commercial fit-out, and services environments.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple commercial plumbing and hydraulic services projects, from planning through to completion. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

You will have strong internal support including a dedicated Project Administrator to assist with documentation and compliance, allowing you to focus on delivery and commercial outcomes. You’ll also work closely with a hands-on General Manager and Directors who are available for support and decision-making as required.

What we need from you:

• End-to-end management of commercial plumbing projects
• Programming and sequencing works in live operational environments
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site teams
• Manage cost control, variations, and commercial outcomes
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and head contractors
• Oversee WHS, quality, and compliance requirements
• Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and project performance

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience managing commercial construction or building services projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Solid commercial capability including cost management and forecasting
• Ability to manage multiple projects without unnecessary stress
• Practical, solutions-focused mindset with ownership and accountability
• Plumbing / hydraulic services / building services exposure (highly regarded)
• Commitment to safety and quality standards across all site environments
