We’re looking for a dynamic and solutions-driven Construction Operations Manager to lead and oversee multiple high-impact construction projects.
In this key role;

  • You’ll collaborate closely with the National Construction Manager and project teams to streamline operational processes, optimize resource allocation, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Your ability to prioritize schedules based on client needs and drive task delegation will be critical to meeting tight deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • You’ll play a crucial role in analyzing project performance, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost control, all while embodying our core value of “Together We Achieve.”

What we need from you:

  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Oversee project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate project resources efficiently, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement construction strategies tailored to project needs and requirements.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with construction programs.
  • HSEQ Compliance: Maintain work systems and procedures that comply with the organization’s HSEQ Management System for safety and performance.
  • Cost & Budget Management: Monitor project costs, ensure performance aligns with budgeted timelines, and manage project variations.
  • Team Leadership & Culture: Foster a positive, open-door team culture that aligns with company values and supports employee growth.
  • Sub-Contractor Management: Source, manage, and ensure all sub-contractors meet pre-qualification requirements and company policies.
  • Safety & Environmental Oversight: Lead safety initiatives, manage environmental compliance, and ensure all personnel adhere to safety and environmental protocols.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure project objectives are met, quality standards are maintained, and required documentation is submitted to clients.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience on construction sites; a degree in Project Management or Administration is preferred.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, with a keen eye for identifying services.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of project management.
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements, aligned with the organization’s HSEQ Management System.
