We are currently assisting our clients, both well-established Real Estate and Property Management companies, in finding a professional and experienced Property Manager. What we need from you:

• Communicate with property owners and tenants
• Conduct routine property inspections and final inspections
• Oversee and manage maintenance requests
• Manage arrears, lease renewals, and related administrative tasks
• Maintain and manage a day-to-day portfolio of properties
• Build and maintain professional relationships with landlords and tenants

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in property management
• Strong attention to detail
• Good client service skills with effective follow-up
• High-level written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current driver’s license and own vehicle
• Property Management registration and current police clearance
