We are currently assisting our clients, both well-established Real Estate and Property Management companies, in finding a professional and experienced Property Manager. This is an opportunity to join a supportive team and manage a diverse property portfolio. What we need from you:
- Communicate with property owners and tenants
- Conduct routine property inspections and final inspections
- Oversee and manage maintenance requests
- Manage arrears, lease renewals, and related administrative tasks
- Maintain and manage a day-to-day portfolio of properties
- Build and maintain professional relationships with landlords and tenants
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in property management
- Strong attention to detail
- Good client service skills with effective follow-up
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current driver’s license and own vehicle
- Property Management registration and current police clearance
