We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a leading NDIS disability support provider who delivers high-quality, person-centred care across the Perth metropolitan area. Their mission is to empower participants to live more independent, meaningful lives – both at home and in the community.
About the role
We are seeking Disability Support Workers for casual positions with the opportunity to transition into permanent roles.
- Mobile role across Perth metro (home care + community support)
- Assist NDIS participants with daily living, personal care, and lifestyle goals
- Support independence, social inclusion, and community access
- Work as part of a supportive team and report to the Team Coordinator
What we need from you
- Certificate III in Disability Services (mandatory requirement)
- Previous experience as a Disability Support Worker, Community Support Worker, or Aged Care Worker
- Current driver’s licence + reliable, roadworthy vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR certifications
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (including evenings/weekends)
- Knowledge and experience in PEG feeding will be an advantage
