We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a leading NDIS disability support provider who delivers high-quality, person-centred care across the Perth metropolitan area. Their mission is to empower participants to live more independent, meaningful lives – both at home and in the community.

About the role

We are seeking Disability Support Workers for casual positions with the opportunity to transition into permanent roles.

• Mobile role across Perth metro (home care + community support)
• Assist NDIS participants with daily living, personal care, and lifestyle goals
• Support independence, social inclusion, and community access
• Work as part of a supportive team and report to the Team Coordinator

What we need from you

• Certificate III in Disability Services (mandatory requirement)
• Previous experience as a Disability Support Worker, Community Support Worker, or Aged Care Worker
• Current driver’s licence + reliable, roadworthy vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid & CPR certifications
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (including evenings/weekends)
• Knowledge and experience in PEG feeding will be an advantage
