LIAM DUXBURY

Senior Recruitment Consultant
Liam’s passion for recruiting began in 2021 after a couple of years attempting to get into his area of study in HR, but global circumstance had made that nearly impossible. After spending some time in sales roles to get some office experience under his belt, he was approached by a close friend to make his first venture into the recruitment world. Since then, Liam has taken to it like a duck to water and decided that he wanted to make more of an impact on work environments across Australia. Thus began the journey of Integral Recruitment Australia, where he helps employers of all sizes find not just the best experience in a candidate but the right cultural and personality fit. Liam focuses on partnering with both his candidates and clients, helping candidates to make their next step in life and clients find the missing puzzle piece for their business growth and stability. 

MIHIR NASA

Senior Recruitment Consultant
Mihir is a recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Sydney, bringing a strong foundation in data analysis and business strategy. He combines academic excellence with partial insight, having worked in a dynamic, high-pressure environment where he consistently delivered results both independently and within diverse, multicultural teams. Mihir supports Integral with a sharp analytical mindset and a proactive approach to business development and client engagement.

Kerry Hammelburg is a Senior Recruitment Consultant dedicated to enhancing the candidate experience while valuing the needs of her clients. She strongly believes in the importance of communication and personalized service, ensuring that every candidate feels valued and supported throughout the recruitment process.
With a positive, thorough, and honest approach, Kerry delivers exceptional service to both clients and candidates. By leveraging her passion and expertise in quality recruitment, she aligns talented individuals with opportunities that match their career goals, fostering success for both her clients and candidates alike.

JOSH BIREN

Business Development Executive
With a strong background in finance and business development, I have spent over a decade helping people achieve their goals—whether it’s building financial wealth, securing their dream home, or now, finding their dream job. I started my career at Macquarie in Canada, assisting clients with wealth creation, before transitioning to ANZ in Australia, where I helped people navigate the path to homeownership.
Although I have a law degree, my passion lies in sales, where I thrive on the thrill of connecting with different personalities and making a real impact in people’s lives. I love engaging with people, understanding their needs, and helping them succeed. Now, as part of Integral, I’m excited to be doing business development—something I am truly passionate about—while also playing a role in one of the most important decisions in a person’s life: finding the right job.
Outside of work, I’m a dedicated father to two amazing boys and am currently learning to play footy with my son. A lifelong sports fan, I was captain of my hockey, baseball, and basketball teams, and I continue to bring that same leadership and energy into everything I do.

CLAYTON TRELOAR

Business Consultant
Clayton has been in the Franchising industry since 1995 where he ran an Australian chain of 60 retail outlets across Canada. After moving back to Australia in 2012, he first became involved in MBE becoming a franchisee. After quick success, he became a partner in MBE Australia and subsequently moved into the role of CEO overseeing more than 40 locations across Australia in 2014.
Over the course of his working career, Clayton has owned and run a successful HR/Recruitment Agency.  Completing his CFE (Certified Franchise Executive) degree, this now brings a world of opportunities for not only himself, but all franchise groups he works with. Clayton is also the President of the committee for the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA) for Western Australia.
Clayton brings a huge amount of business and franchise experience with a focus on people, process and product while always following his mantra of the 5 P’s – Proper Planning Permits Peak Performance!

Her expertise lies in ensuring accuracy, enhancing financial clarity, and supporting businesses to achieve company financial goals.
